StartLocal is operated by Prism Hooldus OÜ, registry code 16894703. We help UK service professionals launch their local business online.

When you fill in a form or book a call, we collect your name, phone number, email address, trade, city or postcode and any message you choose to send. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam.
3. How we use your data
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, provide the Launch Pack or promotion service and send you the information you requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form) and contract performance (when you purchase a service).
5. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses a cookie banner to manage optional analytics and advertising cookies. Essential cookies needed for security and form submission are always on. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Customer records are kept for as long as necessary for accounting and tax purposes.
