1. Who provides the service
StartLocal is a service of Prism Hooldus OÜ, registry code 16894703, registered in Estonia (EU). We work with UK clients remotely. By ordering any service from this site you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
Fixed-price website packages — Starter (£249), Business (£549), Online shop (£990) and custom builds from £2,990. One-off website fixes from £39 at the prices listed on the website fixes page. Monthly support plans — Watch (£49), Care (£119) and Concierge (£290). Managed local Google Ads from £179 per month as an optional add-on.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. The price is fixed and confirmed in writing before work starts — no hourly surprises. Prism Hooldus OÜ is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to any invoice: the listed price is the final price. You can pay by bank transfer or card; website packages can be split into three monthly interest-free instalments. Build work is scheduled once the first payment arrives.
4. Build timelines
Counted from the day we have your confirmation and your content: Starter 5–7 working days, Business 10–14, Online shop 14–21. You get a staging link and can watch progress daily. We launch when you approve the result.
5. One-off fixes
Every fix gets a fixed quote before we start and a backup of your site before we touch anything. If we cannot fix the problem, you do not pay — that is the whole policy. Most listed jobs are finished the same day; jobs marked with a longer estimate take the time shown.
6. Support plans
Support plans are billed monthly in advance and run without a minimum term. Cancel any time by email; the plan ends with the current billing month and nothing further is charged. Response times and included hours are those listed for each plan on the site.
7. Google Ads management
Ads management costs from £179 per month with a 3-month minimum, then continues monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The fee covers our management work; your advertising budget is paid by you to Google directly and is separate from our fee.
8. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, respond to review requests so the timeline can hold, and make sure the content you give us is yours to use and legal in your trade. The domain is registered in your name and remains yours.
9. Revisions and refunds
Package builds include revisions within the agreed scope until you approve the launch. If you cancel before work has started, you get a full refund. Once the build has begun, payments are non-refundable — instead we keep working within the package scope until you approve the result. One-off fixes are charged only when the fix works. Cancelled support months that have not started are never charged.
10. No income guarantee
We do not guarantee a specific number of visitors, enquiries, customers or revenue. Results depend on your market, pricing, competition and how quickly you answer the leads that come in.
11. Intellectual property
You own your domain, your content and the website we build for you. We may reuse general layout and code patterns across projects. Third-party fonts, libraries and tools remain under their own licences.
12. Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits or third-party claims arising from your use of the website or ads.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Prism Hooldus OÜ is registered. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Estonia.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page.
