1. Service description
StartLocal provides a done-for-you Launch Pack for UK service professionals: a 5-page website, local copy, enquiry form, phone and WhatsApp CTAs, schema markup, cookie banner, privacy policy and 14 days of post-launch edits. Optional local Google Ads promotion is available at £179/month with a 3-month minimum.
2. Pricing and payment
The Launch Pack setup fee is £699. The first invoice for clients who take the promotion is £1,236 (£699 setup plus 3 months of promotion at £179/month). After the initial 3 months, promotion continues at £179/month unless cancelled with 30 days notice.
3. Timeline
We aim to launch the website within 5–7 working days of mockup approval. The qualification call and mockup approval typically take 1–2 additional days.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for purchasing your own domain, providing accurate business information, responding to mockup feedback in a timely manner and complying with all applicable UK laws and regulations in your trade.
5. Refunds and cancellations
The £699 setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Promotion may be cancelled after the 3-month minimum with 30 days written notice. We do not offer refunds for partial promotion months.
6. No income guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, customers or earnings. Results depend on your trade, location, competition, pricing and responsiveness.
7. Intellectual property
You own your domain and all website content we create for you. We may reuse general layout patterns and code patterns across projects. Third-party fonts, libraries and tools remain subject to their own licences.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits or third-party claims arising from your use of the website or ads.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where Prism Hooldus OÜ is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
