How it works
Pick a job from the list and send an enquiry — or describe the problem in your own words if it isn't listed. We reply the same working day with a confirmation: price, timing and exactly what we'll do. The price is final before work starts, not on the invoice.
Before every job we make a backup. If anything goes sideways, we roll back and your site stays intact. Afterwards you get a short summary: what was done and what we noticed.
Why a fixed price, not an hourly rate
With hourly billing you never know what the final invoice will look like. We name the price up front and it doesn't change — even if the job takes longer than expected. The risk is ours, not yours.
And if it turns out the job can't be done — the hosting won't allow it or the problem is somewhere else entirely — you pay nothing. We'll tell you honestly what the situation is and what it would really take.

How fast will it be done?
Most listed jobs are done the same or the next working day. If your site is down, we start immediately — that's always first in the queue.
Do you work on sites you didn't build?
Yes — most one-off jobs are exactly that: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, an old hand-coded site. If the platform sets limits, we say so up front.
Do you need my passwords?
Usually yes — hosting or CMS access. We keep them only for the duration of the job, recommend changing them afterwards and help you do it.
